We strive to have healthy orchids plants. They are all shipped in the pots they are grown in.

We try everything to keep our plants safe from our door to yours. Occasionally the pot with get broken, if that happens just replace with a pot the same size. We will have a tracking order for your package from USPS. We do not ship in cold weather on either side of the transaction. Please contact us immediately if you do not receive your package within the time period of our 3 day shipping. We do everything we can to prevent diseases and pets within our greenhouse but cannot guarantee that there will not be occasional issues pests. Treat with rubbing alcohol and dish soap mixed in water, use a spray bottle , do this for 2 weeks.

All orchids are shipped in the pot they are currently growing in. They will be wrapped up carefully and put into a box. We ship through the USPS 3 day priority mail.
